Acacia honey is clear, possibly pale yellow, rarely with a greenish tint. Acacia honey has a pleasant taste, a weak aroma of acacia flowers. Acacia honey remains liquid for a long time because it has a high fructose content. It has a calming effect and also cures digestive disorders due to excess stomach acid production. For young children (above 2 years) and older people, acacia honey is excellent for daily consumption. The taste of acacia honey is not characteristic, it does not have strong aromas, therefore its consumption can be recommended for those who are familiar with honey.
