Raw Honeys from Ecological Apiculture

Raw honey is extracted directly from the beehive and undergoes minimal processing, preserving its nutritional value, natural enzymes, pollen content, antimicrobial properties, antioxidants and flavor. It has a stronger flavor and a robust natural taste.

Color and texture: Raw honey tends to have a darker hue due to the presence of more pollen and bee byproducts, and is less liquid than processed honey.

Origin: Hungary (100%)

Weight: 500g

1. Raw Acacia Honey

Color: light, pale straw
Texture: Smooth and naturally fluid; due to high fructose content it stays liquid for a long time, though natural crystallization may still occur
Flavor: Delicate floral aroma with fresh blossom notes
Taste: Mild, clean sweetness with subtle vanilla and floral nuances

2. Raw Milkweed Honey

Color: Light amber to golden with soft sunlit hues
Texture: Smooth and silky; may naturally crystallize into a fine, creamy texture over time
Flavor: Delicate floral aroma with subtle wildflower and fresh meadow notes
Taste: Mild, pleasantly sweet, with gentle floral tones and a smooth, clean finish

3. Raw Linden Honey

Color: Light amber to golden yellow
Texture: Rich and smooth; may naturally crystallize into a fine creamy texture
Flavor: Intense floral aroma with herbal and mint-like notes
Taste: Fresh and aromatic with slightly spicy, herbal and gentle menthol undertones

4. Raw Chestnut Honey

Color: Dark amber to reddish-brown
Texture: Dense, rich and naturally viscous; generally crystallizes slowly
Flavor: Powerful earthy aroma with woody notes
Taste: Robust and complex with slight bitterness, nutty nuances and a long-lasting finish

5. Raw Forest Honey

Color: Dark amber to nearly black
Texture: Thick, rich and highly viscous; naturally slow crystallization
Flavor: Deep resinous aroma with woody and forest notes
Taste: Bold, less sweet than floral honeys, with malty, caramel and earthy characteristics

Color and texture: raw honey tends to have a darker hue due to the presence of more pollen and bee byproducts, less liquid.
